You can return a purchased item within 15 days of receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon with preownedLUXE Customer Care.

Please note that we will not accept any return if the red security tag (pictured below) is no longer attached to the purchased items.

You are able to make changes/cancel your order anytime until the order ships from our warehouse. This usually takes 24 hours from the time in which you place the order. Once the order ships from our warehouse you will not be able to make changes and/or cancel the order. If you wish to cancel the order after it is shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to you and back to our warehouse. Please note that any changes made to the order will impact shipping timelines and may incur additional fees.
