Packages generally ship within 1 business day after receipt of payment. We review, verify and approve every order. Therefore, discrepancies between billing and shipping addresses may cause shipping delays. Please be advised that we may contact you to verify your information, please provide phone numbers for both billing and shipping addresses.
Orders are shipped via DHL Monday through Friday and deliver within 3-5 business days across the US. International shipping is also available (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, EU Countries, Japan) but delivery timelines vary based on country. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays and this will impact shipping timelines.
Deliveries occur Monday through Friday during business hours.
Every package is shipped with signature required due to the value of the products. Therefore, when selecting a shipping address be aware that you will need someone to be present at delivery to receive and sign for the package.
Because we ship signature required, we do not ship orders to any Post Office Box. No exceptions.
You are able to make changes/cancel your order until the order ships from our warehouse. Once the order ships from our warehouse you will not be able to make changes and/or cancel the order. If you wish to cancel the order after it is shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to you and back to our warehouse. Please note that any changes made to the order will impact shipping timelines and may incur additional fees.
We do not combine orders. If you placed more than one order with us on the same day, it will be shipped separately.
We Fight Fraud
Please be aware that orders where the billing to and shipping to addresses do not match may be delayed in processing and may require proof of identification and proof of a valid credit card.
If address verification is required you will be asked to supply us with a copy of your photo ID as well as the credit card you paid with (cover up all of the numbers except the last 4, we need to see the last 4 digits in order to verify your information).
To reduce risk of fraudulent orders, we may request to ship to the billing address. If we require any further information or we need to verify your order we will be contacting you via email.
